Graphic Design

Book Cover

The goal of this project was to re-design a book cover for a pre-existing, historical book related to your major. I decided to recreate Phillip E. Meza's "Inventing the California Look," depicting Northern California interiors from the 1940s-1980s. Integrating pieces from each decade, the front cover portrays a cohesive image of California’s evolutionary style. The back cover features a chronological collage of these pieces, along with designers prominent of their time.
